A special limited edition collaboration between Glen Moray Distillery and Speyside Coffee Roasting Co.

We age the green beans in freshly emptied whisky barrels from Glen Moray Distillery in Elgin.  They are then removed from the barrel and given a bit of time to rest before being medium roasted to bring out the best of all the flavours.

As a result of this process we offer a complex coffee bursting with Single Malt Whisky notes hints of Plum and Cherry with a Smooth Almond and Dark Chocolate Finish.

Drink it however you like, but why not try making a Non-Liqueur, Liqueur Coffee? Make an espresso with a dash of hot water in a short glass.  (Alternatively, instead of the espresso you can either make a strong pot of cafetiere or black coffee the way you like it).  Add some sugar, stir and top with a layer of lightly whipped cream.  Other suggestion would be using the coffee to make the Ultimate Espresso Martini...
