Using a 5kg Coffee Roasting machine built by Golden Roasters in Turkey, the coffee is roasted weekly, in small batches, to ensure the coffee is always at its freshest.
Being located in the heart of Single Malt Whisky country, it was initially the decision to only offer Single Origin Beans, and at the moment we are roasting Brazilian Beans, Colombian Decaf, and Costa Rican Guest Roast.
Also on offer is the Whisky Barrel Aged Coffee which is a collaboration with Glen Moray Distillery in Elgin. A freshly emptied whisky barrel is used to age the green beans. They are then roasted to a slightly darker roast than usual to bring out the subtle whisky aromas.
By far the best coffee beans I’ve used for our coffee machine☕️ Every guest that’s came over has always been impressed with the taste of the coffee
